  2. Once you've watched the video, all you have to do is fill in your personal information in the settings and wait for your daily tasks to be sent to you 5 days a week.
     

  3. Remember, the training and tasks work on getting out of the "comfort zone" for unconventional brain exercise. Studies show that such activities create new connections in the brain and improve its function.
     

  4. It is recommended not to postpone performing the tasks.
     

  5. It is recommended to share friends or family with your practice. Sharing others in performing the tasks promotes social interaction that is important for improving brain function.
     

  6. Coping with the task is as important as success.
